These positions will be located in our Norristown, PA headquarters and they will develop planning matrices to manage building and property assets and commercially viable maintenance schedules to maintain  these assets. Duties:   Responsible for developing and producing the 1-3-5 year maintenance plans for assigned client assets as required. Responsible for managing the development and delivery of effective and efficient planned maintenance for customers Using technical knowledge of asset base, deliver planned maintenance strategies that enable customers to maintain assets with minimum cost and disruption of business. Generate optimum demand forecasts, integrate plans and resource schedules based on sound understanding of relevant operations targets and utilization of plan modeling tools. Exercise cost reductions where appropriate by reviewing asset performance and fault trend analysis. Implement innovative solutions for customers Develop and influence the asset replacement plan to include appropriate plant and equipment Life Cycle Plans that are aligned with an organizations strategic direction Ensure customer asset performance is continuously monitored and the technical strategies for maintenance are periodically tuned to give appropriate level of asset availability at least cost. Ensure appropriate and timely inspection and planned maintenance strategies are implemented for new customer assets. Understanding of Asset performance, asset condition and asset integrity. | ||||
